Neuro-Align (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a wellbeing program operated by Socialsway LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, programs, and subscription services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accessing the Services as an employee through your employer, your employer’s agreement with us governs payment and access, but these Terms also apply to your individual use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use the Services.

3. Services Provided

Neuro-Align provides digital wellbeing programs, including but not limited to:

• The 15-Day Mental Reset™

• Ongoing subscription practices and content

• Platform-based employee access via purchased seats

Access is limited to the number of seats purchased by your employer or by you directly.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the Services only for personal wellbeing and not for resale or redistribution.

• You must provide accurate information to create and maintain your account.

• You must not attempt to download, copy, or share program content outside of the platform.

5. Health Disclaimer

The Services are for educational and wellbeing purposes only.

• We do not provide medical or psychological treatment.

• You are solely responsible for your health and wellbeing.

• Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new health, wellness, or stress-management program, especially if you have a medical condition.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Neuro-Align is not liable for any health-related outcomes.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Payments may be made through our website, invoice, or bank transfer.

• Because the Services are digital and immediately accessible, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, practices, and digital resources provided through the Services are the exclusive property of Socialsway LLC.

• You may not download, copy, modify, or redistribute any content.

• Companies and employees may only use the Services internally for the purchased number of seats.

8. Data & Privacy

• We collect only the information necessary to provide the Services, such as login details and anonymous wellbeing feedback.

• Individual employee responses are anonymous. Employers may receive aggregated insights only.

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Neuro-Align and Socialsway LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
Any dispute will first be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless both parties agree otherwise.

12. Priority of Agreements

If you (or your employer) have signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement will prevail in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
