  • With Employers: only aggregated, anonymous insights. Individual employee responses remain private.

  • With Service Providers: trusted vendors (e.g., hosting, payment processing) that help us operate the Services.

  • Legal Compliance: if required by law or to protect our rights.

We never sell or trade your personal data to third parties.


5. Data Storage & Security

  • Data is stored securely on reputable hosting providers with industry-standard safeguards.

  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • While we take all reasonable steps to protect data, no system is 100% secure.


6. Data Retention

  • Account and login data are kept as long as you or your employer use the Services.

  • Anonymous feedback may be retained for program improvement but cannot be linked back to individual users.

  • If your employer’s subscription ends, employee accounts are deactivated.


7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.

  • Withdraw consent for certain processing.

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
