With Employers: only aggregated, anonymous insights. Individual employee responses remain private.

We never sell or trade your personal data to third parties.
Data is stored securely on reputable hosting providers with industry-standard safeguards.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Account and login data are kept as long as you or your employer use the Services.
Anonymous feedback may be retained for program improvement but cannot be linked back to individual users.
If your employer’s subscription ends, employee accounts are deactivated.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
